How to Unlock any Blackberry Phone Locked to any Network Provider with an Unlock Code?

unlock blackberryWhen you buy a Blackberry phone it is usually locked to the network provider you buy the phone with. This is really annoying as you are not able to use any other SIM card with the phone.

The phone regularly shows the message “SIM card not accepted” when you insert any SIM card other than the one you got with your phone. There are times when my phone battery got discharged and i wanted to use my friends phone and it was not accepted as the phone was locked to his network provider.

The word unlocking seems scary as you might think you are doing something illegal, but its not. You have paid for the phone and you own it.

There is no reason for you to wait to unlock it and pay your network provider whatever tariff they ask you. Instead you can unlock it instantly and choose whichever network provider you want to.

Unlocking a cell phone can help you roam around anywhere, in any part of the world with ease. It helps you to stay connected to the people you know all over the globe. Suppose you own a blackberry torch 9800 locked with at&t network that means you are not able to use your phone with any other service provider until you get your phone unlocked.

Unlocking blackberry torch 9800 is a very simple process and it also don’t take much time, for unlocking your device you will need a unlock code from a genuine source. Unlocking your phone gives you freedom from at&t restrictions and it allows you to use your phone with any other network provider across the globe. You don’t have to worry about making calls from the booths when you are outside your country.

To Unlock your Blackberry you need a special code. This unlock code is generated via IMEI number of the phone (dial *#06#) and is different for each phone. No two phones can have same IMEI number and thus the unlock code for each phone is also different.

The phone has only 10 attempts to enter the correct unlock code. The unlock code once accepted by the phone the phone can be used with any SIM card around the world. This unlocking solution is heaven for all Blackberry Torch 9800 users because this is only one time unlocking.

The phone once unlocked does not need unlock code again ever again. This type of unlocking is special and the unlock code should only be purchased from a genuine Blackberry Unlock code provider. Many people online pretend to supply the unlock code but are fake most of the time. This can lead to perfect disaster.

The phone only has 10 attempts to unlock it and if wrong code entered the phone can land up hard-locked. If your phone is hard-locked there is no solution to unlock it other than flashing RAM. This is really complicated and you might not want to be on this stage.

Hello. Why is it that when you switch on a blackberry phone, it will show logo for either at&t, verizone or vodaphone. Does it mean that such phones where originally made for such companies or what?

  2. Rob Record says:

This wasn’t helpful, as you need to buy a code – which isn’t really ‘instant unlock’, as you suggested.
