The new iPhone OS 4.0 will be available for download pretty soon. In this video Steve Jobs announces its release. The iPhone OS 4 Beta software is already available for download. The members of iPhone Developer Program can get it from developer.apple.com.
iPod touch and iPhone users will be able to download the iPhone OS 4 as a software update by summer.
For iPad you will have to wait a little longer till this fall.
